Policies  Refund

meuDID's Cancellation and Refund Policy is in accordance with your needs and current legislation, in particular Federal Law No. 8,078, of 1990, the Consumer Protection Code.


For your greatest convenience, any and all contracts made on meuDID can be canceled directly, using the CANCELLATION function, in the customer area.

To carry out the cancellation and refund, you must observe the legal deadlines and other procedures stipulated in this policy.

IMPORTANT: ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE REQUESTED IN ADVANCE THROUGH A SPECIFIC FUNCTION.

The terms and guarantees mentioned here are the terms and guarantees provided by law and will not be added to the legal terms and guarantees. This policy does not contain any term or condition in addition to the legal guarantee.

1.1 Return due to withdrawal.

The customer may withdraw from the registration made with meuDID provided that:
a) Communicate your intention to cancel to meuDID through the CANCELLATION function within 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of registration, as long as it does not exceed 7 (seven) days before the date of delivery of the kits; This time is necessary, as the organizers close and have the kits made.
When communicating the withdrawal, the customer will receive an email confirming the request. The customer must wait for the withdrawal analysis by meuDID, which will begin immediately after the request. Once the return is approved, the request for refund of the amount paid by the customer will be forwarded to our Finance Department, which will have up to 15 working days to complete the process.

1.2. Replacement.

the customer may exchange subscriptions of equivalent value or convert it into credit for use in other services, provided that:
a) Communicate your intention to exchange to meuDID through the CANCELLATION function within 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of registration, as long as it does not exceed 7 (seven) days before the date of delivery of the kits; This time is necessary, as the organizers close and have the kits made.

1.3. Refund for Dissatisfaction.

The customer may request a refund of the amount of the contract made on myDID due to dissatisfaction with the service, provided that:
(i) request through the CANCELLATION function within 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of contracting; After requesting meuDID, you will have 15 days to investigate the case and after this date, make the refund or not according to the reasons that generated dissatisfaction.

2. Information requested for refund.

The amount can be converted into credit on the website to use the full amount on myDID, for the purchase of any other service with no expiration date. To convert it into credit, all you need to do is inform your wish.
For orders paid by card, the full amount will be refunded directly to the card operator, simply inform this wish.
For orders paid on pix, the registration fee will be deposited via PIX or TED without the convenience fee, and bank details must be provided:

Account holder's full name
CPF/CNPJ of the account holder
Bank name and/or code
Agency Number
Current account number with digit (Ex.: 1234-5)
